Lagan Developments in Cellbridge proposes a strategic housing development ideally located on the Termonfeckin Road, just minutes from Drogheda town centre. The project situated on approximately 5.8 hectares at Newtownstalaban, Newfoundwell Road, Drogheda, County Louth. The development includes the demolition of 310 square metres of derelict farm outbuildings, a new entrance from Newfoundwell Road, and the construction of 217 residential units, consisting of 80 duplex apartments (ranging from one to three bedrooms) and 137 houses (offering two, three, and four-bedroom options). The development features a variety of house typologies, from two-storey homes to those with roof stories, along with associated private open spaces such as balconies, terraces, and bin storage areas.

Additionally, the development includes a two-storey block with a crèche, residents' gym, coffee bar, and communal room, spanning a combined 868 square metres. There will be 364 car parking spaces and 201 bicycle spaces throughout the site, with landscaped private and public open spaces featuring a trim trail, children's playgrounds, a basketball court, and a kickabout field.
